I teach in 2 rural schools, both private. One is secular, the other was founded by a Presbyterian. My co-teacher at that school is also the school Minister. They get lots of holidays off, they have from Weds to Weds off. In fact, 25% of the school leaves this Weds for a 5 day trip to China.

So I have a 4 day weekend, since I'm there on Thurs and Fri. The next week, they have Friday 13th off for some reason I'm not sure of. Overall, I only teach 6 of the next 10 work days. Including a 4 day weekend, 5 if I call in sick next Monday 9th.Very Happy

I found out yesterday that I'm going to be deskwarming all day on Friday. My school is having a sports day or something.

I'm pretty sure I'll be working and actually teaching on Monday.

I have classes on Friday, but everyone has off for Monday. Four day weekend FTW! Not looking forward to sports day, since I'll probably need to wear a mask. Hate yellow dust.

WAHOO! My school's letting me take a vacation day on Wednesday, because they'll all be preparing for sports day and I have no classes, so now I've got a 5 day weekend!
