I've heard there are some stores that carry such items. Walked around a lot of the market last weekend and only came across a guy who was selling a few items... both of which were heavily overpriced.

Just wondering if someone can give more specific directions as to where the bigger stores/selections are located at the market... perhaps with regard to subway exits?

I don't know... anything would help at this point.

Thanks.

I've heard they sell them in the Underground market in Namdaemun. Still overpriced though.

If you google namedaemun underground market, theres a blog that shows you how to get there.

Don't bother with Namdaemun. Usually the guys in the underground market get it when soldiers from the base want to make extra cash. So you may go in one weekend and find a treasure trove of stuff and months go by with nothing. If they do have it they mark it up so high it's frustrating you went all the way out there for it.

mass119.com is all you need. It's in Korea, they get all their sups from the states (important: Korean brand supplements are more heavily regulated than American brands. Thus Korean brand protein will cost the same, but you'll usually get about half as much protein per tub, while the other half has been diluted with rice flour. - so don't bother with the protein you can get at costco either. It's not whey or dimatized (sp?))

So get a Korean friend help you make an account on mass119.com and help you search for things until you figure it out. They have everything, protein, creatine, glutemine, multi vitamins, fat burners, meal replacements, protein bars, pre/post workout drinks... it's like bodybuilding.com. bb.com takes about a week or two to get to Korea and shipping is more expensive than product. mass119.com usually takes 48 hrs and shipping is around 10,000won.
