|
|
Hi,
Has anyone ever got a C4 visa in Vancouver? The camp I'm working for has been a bit unclear on what I need. Firstly, there was some confusion around an apostilled degree. Is this necessary? Secondly, no one has mentioned anything about transcripts, I'm assuming I need them though. Thirdly, is there anything special I need to tell them when I go to get a criminal record check?
I'm sure people have asked these questions tons of times, thanks for your patience! |

The requirements are the same as those for an E2.
You are Canadian so you don't need an apostille (can't get one).
You need to have your degree and CRC notarized and then certified by the Korean consulate in Vancouver.
CRC needs to be from the RCMP and NOT the Vancouver Police Service.

Hi, thanks for responding. I wanted to pm you, but not enough posts. I went to the police station to get a criminal record check and the lady said I probably needed a police certificate, which is what is generally required for work visas. I called the Korean consulate, and they said that a criminal record check would be fine, as long as if was sealed. Was wondering if that's what you did or if you have any advice. Thanks |
