| I am still waiting for my cbc apostille (which may expire by the time I get it back) and new cbc. Is it true that you cannot apply without all your doc's in hand? |

| No its not true. How can they stop you from applying? They will ask if you have your documents in hand but you'll just have to tell them no. |

Can you apply for jobs = yes.
Can they hire you and begin the visa application process = no.
