I'm leaving Seoul and helping the landlord to find someone to replace me.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and is approximately 14 pyeong. It is a simple oneroom studio with adequate space for one or two people.

It will come unfurnished but I am willing to sell the washing machine, fridge, tv, large oak dresser, dining set, bed and other pieces of furniture for a knock-down price!

The Key Money has been set at W5,000,000 by the landlord as he is sympathetic to the fact that teachers don't have W10,000,000 lying around for a housing deposit! The landlord speaks English well and has always assisted us with any issues that we've had. The rent is W500,000 per month and this includes the apartment management fees. Water is also included within the rent.

The apartment is located 5 mins from Apgujeong station exit 3 which is next to the CGV cinema. It is situated on a quiet side street with no bars, noraebangs or noisy neighbours! The location is useful in quickly heading to Gangnam, Itaewon, Myeong-dong and even Hongdae is only 30 mins away.

I have never had any problems here and have enjoyed living in this area.

We will move out around the 4th June. We could move earlier if you were interested in the furniture.

yeah wish i knew my job status with the gangnam public schools right now, or that you were moving out a month or two later. i'd have to see pics but this sounds pretty amazing.

We searched long and hard for a nice place in a central location. I can't recommend the area highly enough and with a commute to Gangnam it only takes around 15 mins by bus or subway.

A late-June move-in would be ok but we're looking to leave in around 2 weeks. Discussions would be required with the landlord but I'm sure there would be no problems.
