| The tap in my shower broke (the handle came off so the entire part needs replaced). Who is supposed to pay for it? Should my school pay for it or should I? The lease is under someone at the school. Thanks |

Depends on why it broke. If it was normal wear and tear they would, if you decided to practice your rock climbing in the shower, then you would.
However, they're likely to try and claim the latter.. |

| The convention among Koreans is that the tenant covers minor repair costs on things like plumbing fixtures & light fixtures. |

| it's pretty cheap to replace. mine broke a few months ago as well and i got a completely new fixture for about 30,000. the super installed it for free. |
