I just bought it for 45,000 at Frisbee yesterday and upgraded from Tiger with no problems whatsoever, it took under an hour to do the entire upgrade as well!
This disc can be used to upgrade from Tiger or Leopard, or to upgrade any Intel-based Mac and can be used an unlimited amount of times on unlimited computers, a quick google search will confirm this. 
I'm looking for 35,000 if you come to my area (janghanpyeong station, line 5). Still have all the original packaging!
