In a case like this, I wonder. What would Marcellus Wallace do?

In the above case, there are many considerations. For example:

First, how large is the forest, and how far away are you? Have you ever been in a forest in a fierce windstorm? Do you know how much noise there is in a forest in a windstorm? How does a tree fall in a forest? Does someone cut it down? Does it just fall when it is dead? Does it get ripped up by the roots? Have you ever seen and heard a tree fall in a forest in a windstorm? Determining if a tree makes noise when it falls is likely to be the last thing on your mind. Seeing and getting to safety is most likely going to be what you will want to do. Trees often don't hit the ground hard when they fall, because there are other trees around that catch them, and there is so much noise from the windstorm, that there is no way you are going to hear a tree fall unless you are standing right below it because the sound from snapping branches will not be much different from the sound of trees falling. Am I digressing? I think not; there is a connection between trees falling and what Marcellus Wallace would do.

Well I tell you what he won't be doing.

He won't be up there yellin' "Winner, winner, chicken dinner!!"

Shocked

Something doesn't add up in this story- The girl should be doing more but isn't. Either more is going on or...

I hate to say it (and I could be wrong - maaaaybe), but I'm with the other posters here who've said there's likely more to this story. An old uni friend. Right.

OP, I think there's a very good chance you are in the middle of a weird little thing these two have going on and eventually you'll be pushed aside as they continue on their path strewn with bizarre antics. Her family is either also strang-ee or they've been bamboozled as well, I'd surmise.

Abducted for 6 hours while he drove around? You really believe that?

Ouch. At least you didn't end up in a police station (yet), because as soon as you're deported you can bet their interaction won't end there. Stalking is considered romantic by many Koreans as I assume you realize since you live with them and presumably have seen a sampling of mainstream media portrayals of their idea of justifiable male "courting" techniques.

In essence, what I'm saying is watch out that you don't end up feeling stupid after all is said and done (or worse).

Mate, here is what you need to do.

Sleep with his sister. If he doesn't have a sister, sleep with his mother. If he has neither, sleep with your girlfriend's sister. If your girlfriend doesn't have a sister, sleep with her mother.

Problem solved Cool

Always have an alibi. Preferably a Korean. One who isn't directly involved.
