Stupid topic, I know, but I'm trying to use it to improve my Korean and I find them hilarious in an over-the-top way. I've already seen Boys Over Flowers and Kae-in's Choice and enjoyed them both, any other ideas? |

I saw that one on there. I'm watching Secret Garden now. I dig it, I always crack up at these shows, not because they're funny, but just because of how friggin' weird they are. What an insane culture. |

I've heard that 최고의 사랑 is popular these days. It's on MBC
on Wednesdays/Thursdays 9:55 PM. |

Iris is good for espionage, action, and not too much love, but there is love. The ending is such a shocker; I literally sat there for 3 minutes with mouth agape.
God's Quiz and Sign are medical/action dramas...chasing after a serial killer and that sort of thing.
Coffee Prince is my favorite one. It was my first drama, so I'm sort of sensitive to it. The characters are brilliantly casted, and I think it may have been one of the first dramas to discuss homosexuality, but I can't be sure. It's pretty funny, too. I'm not usually a crier, but I cried (several) times because of the subject matter and what the characters went through. My husband was even into it!
Some more light-hearted ones are: My Girlfriend is a Gumiho, I Am Sam and You're Beautiful.
Sungkyunkwan Scandal was pretty good. I liked the historical aspect of it a lot, but the casting and script was good, too.
I'll be watching Lee MinHo and Park MinYoung's new drama called City Hunter when it airs next week! |

I recently finished 49 Days. (49일) I really liked it. Also, Iris was good. I watched that during the summer. |

I think translates into 'twinkle twinkle' (as in little star). 'Shiny', in my opinion, indicates constant intensity, 'banchak' is like a light going on and off. |
