I'm having problems using nfc. Half the time I need to swipe my card multiple times to get it to register. The other half it won't work at all. does this happen to anyone else? |

"Swiping?" For NFC/T-money all you do is place it on top of the reader until it beeps. If you mean your magnetic strip/security chip then there's probably something wrong with the reader or most likely your card. |

Well, yea. I can just leave it there and nothing happens. It only works when I move it (and not all the time). |

I was given the special back from the dealer directly when I bought the phone in March.
It works.
But you can only add 2 kinds of credit cards. Visa WOORI (not debit), or Shinhan.
OR
You can have the bill go straight to your phone bill.
AFTER 3 months of service.
COOL! |

You bought the LG U+ version, they don't use SIM cards hence no T-Money. Return it and get it from either SK or KT. |

This seems to be WAY more effort than it's worth. |

No, not really. If your phone isn't enabled for T-money, just go into your service center and ask. If it can be enabled they'll give you a new SIM card with a different back plate/cover (if your phone needs one).
Galaxy S2's (Not the LG U+ version) come with it already, just reload it at subway stations/convenience stores like you would with a regular T-money card.
It saves me from pulling out my wallet every time I need to swipe, whereas with my phone 90% of the time i've got it out anyway since I was gaming/watching a movie/doing something else with it. |

I'll just get one of those wrist strap t-money screen wipers instead. |

Well, I FINALLY got the new cover I ordered, but haven't had a chance to try it out. Should get a chance to give it a whirl this weekend. Will report back with any problems.
Still can't believe that...
a) Samsung screwed up on this originally.
b) the proper covers weren't shipped to the retail outlets and handed out with the phones when purchased.
What a hassle! |

Well, finally got a chance to try it out this weekend, and it worked flawlessly. After reading some of the problems others have had, I was prepared to have to dig out my wallet from my bag, but the phone worked without any glitches, on both the subway and bus.
It was a hassle, but I'm glad I did it. I've got a credit card that has the t-money function, but I've almost always got my phone in my hand if I'm taking public transportation, so it's much more convenient. Yesterday, for example, I was wearing shorts without pockets, and so my wallet was in my bag, but my phone was in my hand. Piece of cake... |

Does anyone know if there is a comparison chart online with the differences between the lg u+ s2 and the kt and sk versions ?
Already bought the cdma version but its bumming me out. Apparently no t money, thicker, most cases don't fit it . |
