I extended my visa today, but now I have a few questions.
The process was very easy. However, all they did really was (with felt tip pen) put a new date on the back of my ARC. Nothing official, just pen. They didn't do anything to my visa in my passport. Is this the norm? I thought there would be something more official, rather than just a date in pen on my ARC card. |

| That is the norm. They also updated their computers so youre good. Stop worrying. |

| Yea, that's all they do. I had it done the same way at 3 different immigration offices. Make sure your address is also updated if you have moved. In your case, this probably isn't an issue. |
