Hello Everyone,

It's taken a lot of planning but Fermentation Trailabration (the sequel to Fermentation Celebration) is happening, June 18th! Check the links below for details, but to whet your appetite I can tell you we have 17 restaurants participating, more than 20 vendors, and more than 20 types of food to try!

The first Fermentation Celebration at Craftworks in March was a huge success, so we're back and doing it up even bigger! Block party style.

We've got 16 restaurants/bars and 20 community fermenters ready to dish out samples of their stuff in the Haebongchon and Gyeongridan areas. We'll have homebrewed beer, goat cheese, French sausage, pickles, salsa, apple cider, kimchi, kombucha, sourdough biscuits, and so much more. Just purchase a pass and pick up your samples from each location as you follow the fermented trail!

If that's not enough, we've been cooking up a scavenger hunt to keep things interesting. Be on the lookout for clues leading up to the event! 'Like' our page to make sure you don't miss out. Come Saturday June 18th take your ginger beer on the trail and track down those clues, and then join us for the grand Fermentation Celebration After Party for prizes, a photo booth, a slideshow, high fives, and live music!
