I was just able to check mine. I tried 중급, and got away with level 3 (63% average). Not much to brag about, but given it's my first TOPIK test (I didn't bother with 초급) and I was worried about failing I'm pretty pleased with myself. With some solid study before the next one I should be able to demolish level 4. |

Finally found mine! I took the 초급 test and got an 86 average! HUGE relief! |

How big is the jump from 2-3? I got a 77% and I'm not sure if I should I should try for 3 in July or wait until the fall exam. |

I'd totally forgotten about the exam (have a much bigger one coming up in two days) until I saw this thread. Took the advanced, did almost exactly as well as I thought I did on each section, so no surprises.
Total: 63.25, level 5 pass
Vocab/grammar: 73
Writing: 50 (totally froze up on the essay and didn't write much/well at all)
Listening: 60
Reading: 70
My listening and speaking definitely need work since I live back in the states now and don't have really any opportunity to communicate in Korean...I did some practice exams but mainly focused on vocab/grammar and reading sections (probably not too surprising from the scores). |

The jump is considerable. I'm planning on waiting until January. I want to make sure I have a complete grasp on the grammar/vocab before I take that beast on
Which reminds me, if you dig around on the TOPIK website you can find an intermediate vocabulary list. The beginner is 30 pages long, the intermediate is 120 pages. |

So does anyone know when TOPIK 23 is coming out? I tried to check the web site (www.topik.go.kr) but it appears to be down. |

Site is up. http://www.topik.go.kr/
Registration for 제23회 (7.17) is currently open through 6.14.
This test is for Korea only, the advantage to taking the tests offered only in Korea is that the results are posted much faster. Results for this test will be posted on 7.29.
Good luck to all that are taking it...

Congratulations. You going to carry on studying onto level 6? I rarely hear of people who reached level 6, seems like a lot of people are happy with level 5. |
