Where are my options?

I want to go swimming, but don't want to trek all the way out to a beach. I also don't want to swim in an indoor pool.

I know I could go to everland for their waterpark, but not sure that its worth the money or the lineups. Where can I go? I'm outside of Ilsan but don't mind going to Seoul. I'd swim at Lake Park if I thought it were allowed lol...but I dont think it is!

if you're in seoul, they have public outdoor pools that open up in august (which is way too late in my opinion) all along the han river.

Last year, the pools opened at the beginning of July and closed at the end of August. It costs 5000won to go and they close at 6pm on most days. One thing to remember.... bring a swim cap or you're not allowed to swim.

Opens in late June/ early July, not August. It closes on the last day in August, which is way too soon since September here is still hot as hell.
