| Hey, I'm from America and will be re-signing at the same school for my third year. Do I need a new criminal background check? Or can I just renew my visa as I did last year without one? Thanks |

| If you submitted an FBI check last year then you are good to go. If not, then you will need to submit the FBI this year to get an extension. |

I was told you don't have to until 2012... |

| I was told you can postpone up until September 2011, but you will need to submit it the following year. This is for RENEWALS only. |
