After 2 years of crappy ones, it's a welcome break. It's a shame that some people come here and get awful jobs. Instead of trying to quit and stick it out until things clear up with a better job, etc...they feel frustrated and a lack of hope and return to their home country with the taste of ashes in their mouths about Korea. The job really does make the experience. If you're struggling, hang in there. You can end up enjoying Korea if you get the right job.

So, after wasting 2 years of your life you finally now have a feel good job in Korea. Pardon me if I'm not so patient...

With the current state of the job market, if you are new to korea with no qualifications in education, the chances that you will end up in a bad job are very high.

I love my current gig, the bonuses of working in a hogwon (I like working with kids) but at the same time I don't get jerked around with pay, health insurance etc.
