| I read on the U.S. FBI CBC app process that a card of my fingerprints must be included in the envelope I send to the FBI office for my CBC? Is this true? never heard about it on Dave's before, so it seemed weird... |

The FBI has ALWAYS required prints on their standard form for a CBC.
