...I call it quits.
My contract expires this August
I have a question about severance pay and airfare.
When my contract expires this August, I get my last paycheck, 1.3 million (airfare), and the number of years I have worked for SMOE x my base salary, correct?
Any help would be appreciated. |

average of last 3 months salary X years worked (3) would be your severance. plus, your pension.  |

So the severance pay is separate from my regular paycheck in August, correct?
How much should I expect from Pension? |

9% of whatever your total income for the last three years has been.
Probably around 8-9 million won or so. |

that is correct. amount of pension refund would be about same as your severance. you can contact the pension office and get the exact amount. |
