				| I'm planning to buy a bicycle in the next few weeks and I'm wondering if I'm able to take it on express/intercity buses. Every time I've taken one of these buses there's been tons of room available underneath, but I've never noticed a bike in there. I'd like to be able to throw the bike on a bus and take it up into the mountains, or just be able to ride one way and then take the bus back if I'm short on time.
Do any of you know if putting your bike underneath is allowed?

				| Stay away from those looney folding bikes. Complete crap. Buy a regular bike. I have put it under the bus. I took of the front wheel, so that it fit better. Assuming you have a modern bike with quick release, it is doable. Sometimes, you might have to take the next bus if one is full underneath. | |
