hi all,

if any of the forum experts could please advise...

my wife and i are living in a loft officetel (has a fridge / washing machine / air con) which is too small for the both of us...we are wanting to move into a bigger place...

we want to go to some real estate agents..

are apartments or villas normally supplied with fridge and washing machine as part of the rental agreement?

thanks for any answers
Smile

depends on the apartments. some do and some don't. some things may be provided while others aren't. I'd think a refridgerator, washing machine, and air conditioner would be included. Other things can be found cheaply on G Market. But each person has to search for themselves.

Sometimes. One place I rented had only AC and I bought the fridge and washer that the last guy had been using. The current place came with AC and washer, but I had to find a fridge on Craigslist. These things are not expensive if you buy them second hand. The small-ish fridge and standard old washer in the old place cost under 100kwon for both, and my current fridge was 50k.
