Just wondering if anyone out there has a Korean license and acquired an international license for travel purposes. How did you get it?

yes, and it is easy.

Take 7k won, a passport photo, your passport and your ARC to the local Drivers License Office.

Fill in an application, wait 30 minutes and you have your IDP (international drivers license) for your Korean license.
