I believe some states have laws regarding video taping people without their consent.

That's quite astute. Every time you watch a video, you don't see what happened before the guy started filming. Call the Nobel committee, I smell laurels.

It's only possible that nobody knows if nobody was there. But, wait a minute, there were people there. So, people do know. There were witnesses who saw the man, the car and the cops.
But, no witness claims that the man had a gun, held a gun, or waved a gun and no witness claims that he refused to leave the car. The man had no reasonable, prudent opportunity to leave the car. He was gunned down in cold blood by a gang of blue suited thugs pretending to be police officers.
The witnesses, and there were many, will tell the tale. There could even be other videos. |

Seizing property is perfectly acceptable when it comes to non-payment of loans. Willfully not paying is tantamount to fraud.
Completely different ideas at work here. An innocent bystander documenting a public event involving action of the state should NEVER have their camera confiscated by the state. |

Not sure whether the guy or the police shot those earlier rounds you can hear on the video, but I think that the 1st shots forced the fugitive to stop. Maybe there were shots fired even earlier? Why else would someone video the street for nothing? |
