				| Does anybody have the links to the Korean Gov't site outlining that E2 workers are entitled and the employer is legally bound to participate in the National Health and Pension plans? My current employer is playing the ignorant card and my handler is not helping me out with this one. Links to English and Korean versions would be fantastic... or even point me in the right direction. | |

 Better yet:
 go to them
 file your complaint
pay in your share of the premiums and/or contributions and then let them chase after your employer.

Chances are that your employer has you listed as a contractor (a long battle to fight) so he doesn't have to pay into NHIC or NPS and you get taxed at double the rate (3.3% instead of about 1.7%).
