They have a newly designed website now, but just one catch, they got rid of the English version of their website. Unless I just can't find it with my limited Korean. |

ya but if you already have an account setup it's easy enough.
click the second big blue icon 배달주문 for delivery. i was using the korean version on the old site any way because for whatever reason you couldn't choose to pay with case on the english version. |

Actually I got to that screen many times, and it looks like a list should appear, but its just blank. Then when I try to click the blue button (다음단계/멘유선택) it just comes with an error in korean saying I didn't select something. |

Are you using Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Chrome? This happens all the time when I use Firefox. Try using Explorer if you haven't already. |

So was I. Everything was the same but you couldn't choose card on delivery in the English one. |

Join the facebook link and post a comment complaining about the lack of English. Maybe if enough of us do it, they'll get the hint. I mean geeze, do they want us to take our business elsewhere? We should out of spite until they fix the problem. |

Where would you go? We can't even register on Papa John's website. It won't recognize our foreigner ID numbers. |

On your ARC, immediately after your birthdate and/or dash there is a '5' (followed by other numbers) which means you're a foreigner -- does not compute.
'1' means older Korean male, '2' means older Korean female, '3' means younger Korean male, '4' means younger Korean female. We, simply aren't anything. |

I'll walk across the street to Pizza School just to spite the large arrogant companies. I put a comment on their facebook page, but it keep getting erased. Koreans put comments and they stay up. Racist pigs! |

Are you sure? Are you putting your name exactly as it appears on your foreign id card i.e, last name first ?
I haven't tried Papa John's but so far I haven't had a problem on any Korean site. |

Complain in person. I ordered a pizza on the new site, and silly me, forgot to oduble check if it was delivery. Had to go down and pick itup (on the plus side, carry out gets a 30% discount).
Anyway, the manager there speaks English and I complained to him about it. Just be friendly and tell them that there are plenty of other pizza places around, and they'll get the message. |

the manager has no say in having an English version of the website. |

Sure he does. You complain to the manager, he passes it up to the area managers, and up the chain it goes. Enough people complain at the store level, it will work it's way up the line.
An email is easy enough to ignore and delete. A customer telling an actual person "I don't like this and am going to take my business elsewhere" is a bit more difficult to ignore. |

Maybe it's because of content... |

My message itself was quite polite. Try it yourself and see if it disappears. I'll just keep reposting it, I guess. They want to be stubborn. Two can play at that game. |
