Look at the pics. You won't find a nicer apartment for rent in Seoul at this price.
You will share the apartment with 2 super nice friendly english speaking male roomies, around 30, and share a huge bathroom with just one of them. The roomies are social, kind, polite, tidy, and relaxed.
My bedroom (see pic), is available for rent from july 7 to august 24. Almost exactly 7 weeks. I'd like to rent it out the whole time, but can be flexible if necessary.
The rent price of 160,000W per WEEK includes all utility bills, wifi internet, and twice monthly maid service.

A great love motel for 23,000W a night! And with a private bath you say? Congrats, you live in the country!
Keep in mind, not everyone wants to live in rural areas in a room used explicitly for sex. If that's your bag then hidey ho! Grab your overalls and remember not to touch the sheets.

| Yep. Try talking to them. The room makes no money at all if no one stays in it. Haggle, son! 150 for a week is doable. Sure beats roommates and pubes on the soap. |

you misunderstand my reply. you can't find me a good love motel at 23,000 in the middle of seoul, because one doesn't exist.
ps. i just rented my room out at 160,000 at week. |
