Korean and Japanese comics, sure. Hell, you can rent them everywhere. I was in one of the rental places the other day and heartily wishing my Korean were better.
If you want something in English, the big Kyobo on Jongno had a (very) limited selection last time I was there. Just omnibuses and collections, no individual issues, and nothing indie short of Maus.. |

What The Book has a comic and graphic novel section.
There's also quite a bit available free for download. |
