Is it possible to pre-pay a Fedex slip in order to get my CBC fedexed to me or my parents? |

Sort of...
I did this. You must go online and setup a fedex account. Then tie a credit card to it. I went to the Busan Fedex station and got an international waybill. On it, there is a place to enter your own Fedex account number for billing (to you). I included this in the paperwork I sent to the FBI (and then later to the state department). They used the pre-filled out waybill and presto, I was billed later for it (to my credit card).
You can not print a waybill in advance as it requires the ship date (which you won't know).
I did this by calling Fedex customer service and they helped me understand the process. |

I was told at a local fedex that the return ship date doesn't matter, so I just paid for the waybill and placed it inside for the FBI to use later. Fedex just scans the waybill and updates the ship date for you whenever it gets shipped. |
