Hi Everyone,
So I've been in Seoul for four months now, and love everything about South Korea. I love the people, the korean culture and their food. I'm not homesick for my country, however I am starting to miss having friends. I want to start joining different groups as I know thats the only way to make friends, I just don't know how or which ones. And does anyone have any info about Korean lessons? I know there's a lot of info on the internet regarding these topics but they all seem outdated.
I also really want to take a sport in Seoul, to have a hobby. Has anyone any suggestions?
Any help would be greatly appreciated,
감사합니다 |

you're more than welcome to come out and join our Bukhansan hiking group. We meet up once a month and hike a different pat of the park. July third is our 14th get together. Come on out. Nature, history, exercise, networking, all in one. PM me for more details.

If you're that interested in being here, I recommend Korean language classes. Great way to meet people and pick up a useful skill.
Go on some trips with one of the groups that caters to Ex-Pats. Look up "Adventure Korea" or "Discover Korea" on FB. Both offer trips nearly every weekend that are a great way to meet people.
Check out some of the groups on www.meetup.com Find what interests you.
Start a get-together group for things that interest you. In Seoul especially it will be likely you'll find others who share your interests. |
