I think the OP is a little wound up over nothing. Do GIs sometimes step out of line? Duh. Will it still happen just in a different place when and if the base is re-located. Duh. So moving the base really doesn't solve anything. It just moves the problem somewhere else. A problem I might add that proportionally is a very small one.
The most ridiculous thing I've read that makes me question whether the OP has the ability to reason is the correlation he draws between joining an obscure message board on the internet and ones experience in Korea.
I came before there was an internet. I know guys that have been here longer that aren't even members of this site. I also know that there are members of the site that joined years ago and still have never set foot in Korea.
