Reps. Paul, Frank to Unveil Bill to Decriminalize Marijuana
Ron Paul and Barney Frank will unveil new legislation to end the Federal drug war on marijuana. The bill would end Federal prohibition and leave the legality of marijuana up to the states. Cash strapped states may be motivated to make it legal for the tax revenues generated from marijuana sales. |
