Hi All

I am (hopefully) going to be moving to SK in August/September and was wondering if they have an equivalent to British Sunday league football etc.

I'd like to play some sports when I come over.

Hi Refugee,

I am one of the team managers and Committee members from the Seoul Sunday League and would like to invite you to get involved.

I currently manage Han-River Harriers, a team centrally located in Seoul at a University on a lovely astro pitch (there are NO grass fields in Seoul) and we are always looking for new players. We were promoted at the end of this season back to D1 after a couple of seasons in D2 and definitely need to recruit some more good players to survive.

I am from the UK myself, played to a fairly decent level back home in saturday/sunday leagues and I can tell you that the level here is very good in D1.

My name is Martin and my number is 010-2238-7252, feel free to reply here, give me a call or email me at [email protected]

Look forward to hearing from you soon.

Regards

Thanks for getting back to me Martin. Me and a few friends will hopefully be coming over in August. Have a few interviews lined up next week for hagwons in Incheon.

Once I'm over I'll drop you an email and sort it out.

I don't suppose anyone knows about any basketball in South Korea. It's my favorite hobby hear in the states and I'd hate to stop playing altogether.
