Wow..

I got my Visa number within 4 days of immigration in Seoul getting documents.

Any one else got it that quick?

Im delighted, as i was under pressure to get it quick as well.

I've been waiting for a full week now, and I haven't heard anything. Should I be worried?

not really, as it can take up to and normally does take around 8-10 working days. Although my start date is 11th of July i needed mine abit sooner so it might of made a difference, my recruiter said that the school 'treated' my visa quicker. Whatever that means lol

I mean if your start date isnt for another 3-4weeks your recruiter or school manager might already have your number but hasnt bothered emailing you it yet. But who knows, wait the 10 working days, then start asking questions.

My start date is actually asap, and my recruiter told me that I would be working the first full week of July, so I was also expecting it to be "treated" quicker too. I guess in the end it can be a matter of luck Rolling Eyes

unless you have your number already theres no way your working the first full week in July..

Even if you receive it on Monday it takes a up to 5 business days for Visa Stamp as well. I was meant to start first week in July but my accomodation contract doesnt start until the 11th. Which is when i start work. Currently trying to haggle something as theres no way im getting off a plane and working at least within 24hrs of arriving.
