Anybody currently working at either YBM Busan or YBM Busan PNU? I'm considering applying for a job at one or both these locations, but just wanted some more info from a current NET, specifically re:

1.) overtime (is it mandatory?)

2.) working a split shift (is it as much of a pain as some have said?)

3.) quality of the students (I know they're adults, but how does teaching them compare w/ teaching kids at a typical hagwon? Do you think it's better or worse?)

4.) management/general workplace culture (good? bad? tolerable?)

Info on any of the above would be greatly appreciated. Feel free to PM me if you don't feel comfortable responding in public. Thanks!
