To get a police check in Tennessee,
I either have to have a document notarized
or I have to show up in person.

I've looked everywhere for a notary public.
I hope I won't have to go the other way.

Your embassy will notarize a document for use in the states.

The Tennessee police check is NOT valid for use in Korea (for E2 visa purposes). You NEED to get it from the FBI.
