|
|
Hi guys,
I'm looking to pick up (in person) sometime in the next two days a good pair of IEMs. I'd love to find some mid range stuff from Etymotic at a not ridiculous price. Any ideas where I should look? I've tried some of the Apple products stores, but they offer wildly different stock at each one and have wildly different prices.
Thanks! |

Haha, yep. If I have any luck at Yongsan today I'll come back and post about it in case anyone searches for something similar in the future. |

Please do. I broke both a pair of Soundmagic PL-50s and a P-20 snapped in half. I need something decent. |

Do they have any really good on/over the ear headphones over there? Looking in particular for some quality open backed Sennheisers, AKGs, Audio Technica, etc. Anything like that? |

Dont buy them in yongsan. Way too expensive.
If you dont know what you want and you just want to browse a little bit, take your MP3 to Yongsan and try on all the ones that look nice to you.
Then, order online! |

I find that if you go to Coex, there is a store there with Seinheiser CX200s which I find quite a decent price for the quality. They are easily the quality of a $100-200 earphone. They are nowhere to be found at Yongsan (checked the entire place, up and down).
You can get to the Coex store by walking out of the subway exit (at Samseong station) and into the first door leading into the mall, next to ZiaZooa (or whatever that clothes place is called) and keep walking and it's about 5 or 6 shops inside the mall on your right. Anyways, it is the first shop that sells apple products, macs, cameras, etc. They have an excellent selection of earbuds.
Just google the Seinheiser CX200s and you'll see what I mean. Quality product. I think they're at 52,000 won. |

Head-Direct RE0 and Panasonic HJE900 both punch above their weight. |
