So, freedom is close at hand! Our contract is up at the end of this month, so my partner and I are preparing to ship out. We have one small, furry orange concern, however.

The cat already has a 'reservation' to come with me in the cabin as my carry on. He's quiet, and we've got feliway to keep him that way. We're not terribly concerned about the airplane.

What we are concerned about is getting from Gwangju (the one in Jeollanamdo) up to Incheon. We've traveled to Seoul on the train with a cat before, but do the direct buses to Incheon accept animals? If anyone has experience with a cat, do you think it'd be best to take him directly to the airport the day of, or go up a day early and find a cat friendly hotel for the night in Seoul?
