Hello,
I tried the search function without much success. I was wondering if anyone has used 00-700 to send a text out of Korea? I tried it once and it worked, but now it seems to be hit or miss. Does anyone know of any international dialing codes or numbers that can be used with minimal charge to send text messages abroad? Thanks in advance... |

I'm curious about this too. My texts back to Canada seem to be hit and miss. |

If you're using a smartphone, you can text the U.S and Canada using the Text Plus app. It's cross platform so it doesn't matter if you have an Android or iPhone. It uses data so there's no extra charge if you have one of the unlimited data plans. |
