I don't know, my answers seemed reasonable enough. All those strange questions like "Do you dream," or, "Do you follow fashion," must have sunk me.

I wonder about some of those questions too, like being at one's best in the morning or riding roller coasters. Also, some of those questions felt like traps. Ex: "If I say something that someone else is offended by, I think that that's their problem, not mine." I checked agree, because I try not to say anything very offensive, so if someone is offended, I do tend to think they were overly sensitive. I mean which is more empathetic: Saying things that offend others and admitting it's your fault, or trying to avoid saying offending remarks in the first place (and then reasoning that anyone offended must be rather easily offended)?

I got a 57 for "real life".

My Dave's score would probably be 1/3rd of that. Seriously, something about writing on this forum really turns me into an insensitive jerk.

I think with my real life score at some point something will cause me to fizzle and get a Dave's score. Something about repression and all that.

I got a 20....

I don't follow fashion typically. I hate those people, I tend to go for a more classic/basic style.

I dream occasionally but not usually. I suppose I can be a dick, but I can also be a nice guy and damnit, people like me!

They totally said I have Asperger syndrome. They can frack themselves.

I agree with this...a lot of those questions feel like they were written by an elementary school child...very immature in deductive reasoning.
Other examples...
"Friends usually talk to me about their problems as they say that I am very understanding." (usually/ very)....what if they sometimes do...but don't say I am very understanding...only moderately understanding. Crying or Very sad

"Other people often say that I am insensitive, though I don't always see why."
What if 'other people' never say that...but I know I am.
What if other people always say that...and I always see why.

The conditionals in some of these questions are poorly worded/matched.

Anyway...I got 69...not sure how I feel about that.

THAT IS WHY THERE ARE SLIGHTLY AGREE AND SLIGHTLY DISAGREE....FACEPALM. DO YOU UNDERSTAND HOW TO FILL OUT FORMS WITH STRONGLY/SLIGHTLY? DO YOU KNOW THE DIFFERENCE?

...oh now I see why i got a 20.

My Score: 14

The EQ test is often taken together with the Systematizing Test (SQ). Some people lean more strongly toward systematizing rather than empathizing (and vice versa). I once took the SQ test and scored 46.

Some of the questions never happen, ever. "People often tell me..." Nobody ever tells me any of those.

(only 12 on the second test)
