Hi guys, I was wondering if anyone could help me out with this.
I'm in Korea currently on the 90 day allowance looking for a job eventually intending to do a visa run when my docs are all set in about September. Until then, I'm finding it hard to get anything done without a phone.
I was in Korea before as a student and had a phone then. I want to try to do a pre-paid plan (where you buy the cards and then charge it) with the same phone as before, but I'm not sure - do you need an alien registration card for the pre-paid plan? My old card expired.
Anyway, if anyone knows any way to get a phone without a foreign registration card (other than your Korean friend doing it for you) that would be helpful (I saw rent-a-phone kiosks at Incheon... surely they don't have cards?).
Thanks! |
