Anyone else refused a Visa at the Korean Embassy in Philippines?
Even after immigration issued a new visa number.
I've gotten visas before in Japan and Thailand but how can the embassy in Philippines refuse because I'm not Filipino? |

you must've pissed off someone at the embassy. next time try to dress up like a filipino.
but do try to contact the immigration in korea.  |

Korean embassy in China refused to give me a tourist C-3 visa. I'm American, said I didn't need one.
I reminded them I did need one if I wanted to change to a D-4. They agreed that is the case, but wouldn't give me a visa. |
