I see a lot of questions about the summer weather. The chart at the link provides the answers. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seoul#Climate

For those that want a quick view, here is the average monthly precipitation (mm) data for Seoul:

Jan21
Feb 25
mar 47
Apr 65
May 106
Jun 133
Jul 395
Aug 364

Sep 169
Oct 52
Nov 53
Dec 22

As you can see, don't expect the rain to go away until late August.

Better it be rainy and hot than experience the unrelenting sun rays and the heat. Summer is overrated and at least the sun is covered up a lot of the time in Korea.
