Hi all.
I know this may sound dumb to you but I am bit confused. Regarding the E2 Visa procedure, one of the documents you need is a "Copy of your university diploma certified by apostille"
Is that a photocopy of your certificate, or a copy from the university i.e. Replacement copy?
Also I heard transcript is not required here for UK Citizen, is that correct? |

1) Transcripts are no longer required for the visa (though I think public schools may require them).
2) It's not a replacement copy. I don't think it matters what kind of copy it is, so long as it has an apostille. |

Certified true (photo)copy of your degree (done at the notary office) with an apostille.
K-immigration no longer requires the transcripts but they may be asked for by the employer or by the consulate at the time of the visa application.
