hi all,

if any of the forum experts can please advise....

is it standard for afterschool programs....

1) to provide key money for housing
2) provide furniture
3) help you find an apartment

other housing questions (when working at an afterschool program)...

4) after your contract ends, do you have to find a tennant to take over your housing just so you can get back the key money
5) if you can not find a new tennant, do you need to continue paying rent until a new tennant moves in? (even if you have moved to a new job)

thanks for any answers
