Im trying to write a novel and I have a question....
I want a character to drink from a poisoned whiskey bottle and lose conciousness in about half an hour.
Ive researched poisions a bit and cyanide is too fast...people die almost right away. Strychnine may be too bitter for whiskey. Arsenic also seems to take a long time.
Any chemists or murderers out there who have other suggestions? |

I'm pretty sure there's a law prohibiting anyone from writing a novel with a posoning in it until you can recite the entire works of Agatha Christie from memory. |

any of your opiates will give a similar effect, given the right dosages. you'll be able to mask the taste with the whiskey, too, if you use something like morphine.
trust me on this one - i know. |

Both! I multi-task!
The enemy of my enemy is my friend, Keldrin chuckles, thanking Tymora for such luck. It is such reassuring news that Lolth appreciates my...gifts. I appreciate this, you shall be repaid, and I shall not fail. he says, bowing low. Now, do you have any insight as to how I should infiltrate the house, and if there are any easy marks to be had? After we settle this, we can get down to more...pressing concerns, Keldrin states, his voice filled with lust. For added emphasis, he blatantly gives Var'leena a once over, lingering on her...best assets.
And I have a Samsung commercial today! |
