You probably have to do it through the consulate for Canadian docs.

If you don't have family members back in the states there was a guy who posted this, below. I checked out the website and sent them an email. If you need it in a rush, this is one way you can get your diploma apostille. They charge $175 for the first doc apostille and $95 each additional apostille. They take care of the apostille for you. You just have to send them the original diploma/degree.

So just gather like 4+ people in South Korea in the same situation and the apostille would be $175 (1st) and $95 (each additional) and save on shipping because it's on 1 order. Then just split the cost.

$175 may seem like a lot to some people, especially if time is not a problem, and you have people back home to do the leg work for you. But if you are in Korea, time is an issue, and you don't have people back home to do ALL of your leg work for you, then www.apostillepros.com is well worth the money. For a diploma, they can get an apostilled copy of your diploma in you hands in a week. And by a week, I mean from first contact with them, to when it is in your hands. I dealt with them, and they are very professional. It is actually $240 because of the overseas Fed-Ex charge, but again, if you are in a time pinch, it is well worth it.
Yes, I was in Korea. I had an agency take care of it. It cost me $240, which included international fed-x, but it was done very promptly. Yes, it was accepted by immigration.

I need to have my original degree done. Does it have to notorized at US embassy before being sent to apostile agency? Embassy is becoming a hassle to get things done at. Now they require appointments.

I don't think it was answered, but if you arrive in Korea with your original diploma, why would that not be accepted? Is it because Korea does not know if the document is an original? Also is the apostile of the degree for all visa holders? All the recruiters I have been working with just tell me to bring the degree with me(I'm getting an F4 visa)....

They want a copy of your degree, but in order for them to keep a copy for their record, it must be apostille. They said something about documents that originate in a foreign country must be apostille for foreign use. Just rules you have to follow.

Doesn't look like the job market will pick up anytime soon. Gas is going up and just saw on the news, teachers protesting.

The U.S. job market is still in a crap shoot. They're not hiring anywhere.

EMS is not a postal service. It's a delivery option. You just go to a regular post office for it. You send something EMS, it takes about 4 days. You want it faster, then you choose a different delivery option like overnight, or next day air.

What?? Did you not read what I wrote? Your question doesn't make any sense.

If you don't trust the post office and you want to pay more money to get your stuff sent wherever in the same amount of time, then sure, use Fedex.
