Isn't this FDNY guy Cohiba in disguise? For what it's worth; not that I think it's worth much. I always thought the guy was a bit of a tool with his "Cohiba's rule" nonsense
And now he's hit on a way to squeeze more money out of the Koreans?

| I also mentioned I know a handful of illegal teachers living in Korea but they are Filipinos. Those the number take into account those from non-western countries? |
