I need to exchange about 1000 euros into Won. Does anyone know of any place with no or very low service charges and a good exchange rate, somewhere in Busan?

The banks would be your best bet for exchanging Euros to won in Busan.
The cash rate will be about 2% different than the "internet rate" (you get 2% less cash if you are selling Euros and buying won). Should get about 1.460 million krw for 1000 euros (Fridays rate at KEB)
