I've quoted www.nearsubway.com on here before. I've used them, and can vouch for them. The site is all in English and all prices are transparent. They can find a place anywhere around Seoul if you provide details of exactly what you're looking for -ie, they don't advertise everything they have. |
I used that site. I got a really nice place, but the real estate fee was ridiculously high. |
I met the lady from there once, basically she just calls up various budongsans in your desired area and and shows u around. When I was looking for current place i checked their website but hardly anything on there was current. I guess the reason why the fees are so high is because u are basically paying 2 budong sans for renting one place. best thing to do is pick you desired area hit up the budong sans and ask them to show you around. |
