I don't know if the reduction in fat from normal PB is worth it (I am trying to eat 35-40% of my calories from fats currently) but I hear it's killer in protein shakes.
Although, I just saw that is contains sugar. Though only a little bit, I don't see the point. :/ |
I miss the machine at Whole Foods. I actually LIKE the oil in my peanut butter. I get most of my lipids from plants, so peanut butter is important. Living so far away from home, though, I'm missing my childhood Jif. Skippy works, though. |

Wish: That my friend has a healthy baby in the upcoming months.
Gripe: That it rained just about everyday before I left Korea and I didn't get to hang out in Busan on the beach.
Rant: The weather in Korea sucks. I froze to death at first and when it finally warmed up, the rain killed my weekends before I left. |
