I've been using the Korean green tea powder, but I really do prefer matcha. Does anyone know of a place that sells the stuff? I'm trying to drink more green tea, and I like matcha best. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I'm in the Incheon area, but wouldn't mind going to Seoul. I'm not looking to spend a fortune, but do realize that it would cost more than the powder that I find at Homeplus.

Thanks!

If you can find a tea shop near you they might have Japanese matcha or a higher quality powdered Korean tea. At tea festivals here I've seen powdered Korean green tea that is made from quality leaves which sell for much more than the cheap stuff you find at homeplus.

For a range of teashops you could head to insadong in seoul. You could also order some online. I recently got some great sencha from o-cha.com. They ship from Japan.

Thanks for the link. I really do prefer the Japanese stuff (I've had the better Korean stuff, but I still prefer the other) so will probably order some from o-cha.

This little package lasts a long time. You just need 1/4 to 1/2 tsp for a cup.

Thanks again. I ordered some organic stuff from iherb.com because I needed to get something else and was already placing an order, but I'll check that out next time.
